  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 2 teaspoons of your favorite burger seasoning
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 cups coarsely torn lettuce
  • 1 cup pickled beets, chopped
  • 1 cup sweet and sour pickles
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup dairy free cheese
  • 4 mini cucumbers, sliced
  • ½ cup creamy dairy free thousand island dressing
