  • 1 bag dark chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon orange extract
  • Zest from 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Melt your dark chocolate over the stove, using low heat (double broiler style). Once chocolate is melted, stir in orange extract.
  2. Dip each graham cracker, carefully. They are very delicate. Place each chocolate covered graham cracker on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. The parchment paper is important, so the chocolate doesn’t stick. (Even seasoned bakers make mistakes!)
