Dairy Free Honey Dijon Salad Dressing
Honey Dijon dressing is my all time favorite for salad! Something about the tang from the Dijon and sweet from the honey, just does it for me.
I used to think making my own salad dressing was difficult and was just “easier” to buy it from the store. In all actuality, it only takes about 5 minutes to make a killer salad dressing! Plus it’s going to be made with better ingredients and be ultra fresh.
Why wouldn’t we all like that?
This dressing pairs well with salads that include citrus or berries. I also like it paired with salads that include chicken or fish. It’s very light and won’t weigh your lettuce down.

Dairy Free Honey Dijon Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a small mason jar (or any jar with a sealed lid). Shake vigorously until combined. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
