This avocado dressing is a great creamy dressing if that’s what you're craving. Plus avocados provide us with a concentrated source of healthy fats and fiber!

Dairy Free Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lemon, juiced (about 3 Tablespoons)
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend on low until smooth and creamy. (You can add more water depending on how thin you like your salad dressing.)
- Drizzle on salad if serving immediately. If salad will be served at a later time, store dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
