Dairy Free Mashed Cauliflower

Dairy Free Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 24 ounce bag of frozen riced cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons of dairy free butter, divided
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of plant milk (I used unsweetened oat milk, it’s the creamiest!)
- Sea salt, to taste
- Cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Sauté frozen riced cauliflower with 1 tablespoon dairy free butter, over medium heat on stovetop (stirring frequently, so cauliflower doesn’t burn) until very warm.
- Then spoon into a food processor or high powered blender with more dairy free butter until creamy. Scrape down sides a couple of times in between adding in a couple tablespoons of oat milk & any seasonings you prefer.
- Use in replace of mashed potatoes & ENJOY!
