Homemade Anti-Inflammatory Juice

Inflammation is the root of all evil!

As someone diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, I unfortunately know this first hand. Anti-inflammatory juices are something I’ve started incorporating into my weekly routine.

Here are just some of the benefits for the ingredients in this delicious recipe. Of course, I encourage you to do your own research and be your own advocate. But as always, I love sharing what has helped me!

Pineapple- Contains Bromelain and may reduce inflammation, swelling, and discomfort that occurs after surgery.  Its anti-inflammatory properties may also aid recovery after strenuous exercise.

Ginger- Contains over 400 natural compounds, and some of these are anti-inflammatory.

Turmeric-Could be the most strongest, natural anti-inflammatory nutrient on earth. Even protecting a molecular level!

Lime- There is 22% of the daily recommended value for vitamin C in just one lime. Vitamin C acts as an anti-inflammatory agent in the body.

Coconut Water- Contains vitamin B6, which helps further to reduce and prevent inflammation in your body.
