Stuffed Dates with Dairy Free Cream Cheese and Honey
Dates truly are nature's candy! When I’m having a craving for something sweet, dates do the trick.
If you want to make them a little fancy, all you have to do is slice it down the middle. Remove the tiny pit and drop a spoonful of my yummy dairy free cream cheese mixture inside.
Place a pecan on top and then drizzle some melty chocolate (dairy free of course) over them.
These little gems are a quick snack or a very simple dessert!

Stuffed Dates with Dairy Free Cream Cheese and Honey

Ingredients
- 6 dates sliced in half (pit removed)
- 1/4 cup dairy free cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 raw pecans
- melted dairy free chocolate
Instructions
- Combine dairy free cream cheese, honey & cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir until combined well.
- Slice each date in half and then dollop one spoonful of cream mixture into each date.
- Place one pecan on top of cream mixture and drizzle melted chocolate over the entire date.
- Freeze for 5 minutes, then eat and enjoy!
